Welcome to the Children's Services Procedures Manual

• Policies and Procedures: This contains the main policies and procedures that ensure we comply with the law and statutory guidance when safeguarding the needs of the children and families we work with.
• Solihull Process Maps, Practice Guidance and Resources: This contains Solihull’s local guidance, forms, tools, and other information that supports and complements the policies and procedures on a local level.
• Solihull Safeguarding Children Partnership: Here you can access SSCP information, resources and tools including multi agency training, procedures, and protocols, early help, child sexual exploitation resources, the Neglect Strategy
• Regional Child Protection Procedures for West Midlands: In this section you can access the multi-agency Safeguarding Children Partnership (SCP) procedures that we have signed up to with other local authority partners. This ensures that we can work in a consistent way across the region in key areas of our work.
